Best selling phones in July 2010

HTC DesireThe top 10 best selling mobile phones during July were the following:

  1. HTC Desire
  2. Blackberry Curve 8520
  3. BlackBerry Bold 9700
  4. BlackBerry Curve 8520Samsung Galaxy
  5. Samsung Tocco Lite
  6. Sim card only
  7. Apple iPhone 4 16GB
  8. Sony Ericsson X10 Mini
  9. Samsung Galaxy S 8GB DealsSony Ericsson Xperia X10
  10. Nokia X6 16GB

The HTC Desire outsold all other mobile phones in July and Android phones in general make up the majority of the mobile phone handsets in our top 10 selling phones including the Desire’s newest rival the Samsung Galaxy.

However of course the iPhone 4 was a HUGE seller across the UK mobile phone market during July but we have seen the majority of users going direct to Apple for the sim free variants hence it’s 7th position in our list.

Last but not least – a few readers will probably be surprised by the Blackberry handsets taking 2nd and 3rd place above however with their physical keyboards and great deals to be had on these older models it is easy to see why they are selling so well.
